1. About Us

Pantheon Rigs is operated by 1587186 B.C. LTD., a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. References to "Pantheon Rigs", "we", "our", or "us" in these Terms refer to 1587186 B.C. LTD.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pantheon Rigs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Description of Service

Pantheon Rigs is an AI 3D asset platform that generates three-dimensional character meshes and automatically rigs them with a skeleton and skinning weights. The Service includes:

• Mesh generation from a text description or a source image (requires credits)
• Automatic skeleton and skinning weight generation for 3D meshes (requires credits)
• Rigging of meshes you upload yourself, in GLB, OBJ, FBX or VRM format
• In-browser preview and export of rigged assets as glTF or FBX
• A library of your generated and rigged assets

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Credits and Payments

Certain AI-powered features require credits. Credits can be purchased through the Service:

• 1 credit = $1 USD
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Credit costs for features are displayed before use

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Share your account with others

7. User Content

You retain ownership of everything you submit to the Service, including source images, prompts and any 3D meshes you upload. You also own the meshes and rigged assets the Service produces for you, and you may use them commercially. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to use your submitted content solely to:

• Operate the Service and run the generation and rigging models on your behalf
• Store your assets so they remain available in your library
• Create aggregated, anonymised analytics (no personal data or assets shared)

You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you upload. Do not submit source images, likenesses or meshes you are not licensed to use.

8. AI-Generated Assets

Meshes, skeletons and skinning weights are produced by machine learning models. Output quality varies with the input you provide and is not guaranteed. In particular:

• Generated topology may need cleanup before production use
• Predicted skeletons may not match a specific engine or animation rig convention
• Skinning weights may require manual correction around joints and problem areas
• Results are not deterministic — the same input can produce different output

Credits are consumed when a model run completes, including runs whose output you decide not to use. Treat generated assets as a starting point for your pipeline rather than a finished production deliverable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated meshes or rigs will be accurate or suitable for your needs
• Results from following AI recommendations are guaranteed

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1587186 B.C. LTD. (operating as Pantheon Rigs) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. 1587186 B.C. LTD. is incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
